Owner/Clinician

I am a Registered Social Worker, Certified Brief Solution Focused Practitioner, and Certified in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, with over 20 years of clinical experience supporting individuals and families in achieving their goals and creating meaningful, lasting change. At the core of my work is a deep passion for supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. I believe that when someone reaches a point where they are ready for change, that moment is powerful—and it should never be met with long waitlists or barriers to care. This belief is what inspired me to create Mobile Healing. My goal was to remove obstacles and make high-quality, compassionate support accessible to more individuals across a broader community. I understand that reaching out for help takes courage, and I am committed to ensuring that when that courage shows up, support is available, responsive, and grounded in genuine care. I facilitate a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can uncover their strengths and resilience, build insight, and develop the skills needed to overcome adversity. I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients as they navigate their journeys toward improved mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. I look forward to helping you with lasting change. Please reach out!

Clinician

Hi my name is Angélik, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Indigenous Social Work as well as a Social Service Worker Diploma and have been dedicated to supporting individuals and communities since entering the social services field in 2018. With five years of clinical-level experience, I bring compassion, cultural understanding, and practical expertise to my work with clients.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time in nature, especially taking long walks in the bush with my dog Ripp. I also value staying active by working out with my husband as regularly as possible. I love  embracing opportunities to try new things, bringing the same sense of curiosity and balance into both my personal and professional life. I am very excited to be joining the Mobile Healing team and am excited to work with all of you!

I believe the heart of effective therapy is a strong, trusting relationship. With 20 years of experience supporting children, teens, and families, I know that change happens best when it isn't rushed. I work at a therapeutic pace that feels safe and manageable—never overwhelming. Whether someone is having difficulty navigating trauma, mood, anxiety, or disordered eating, I blend evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotion Coaching Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Maudsley Based Family Therapy to help you reach your goals. My mission is to be a steady partner with people’s journey toward healing.

I am offering counseling sessions by request in the Espanola/Manitoulin area.
